ENABLEMENT
Stood up a 4-day international sales kickoff for 80+ people in under 30 days from a standing start.
The company committed to an in-person SKO with international travel and a program from scratch — and the timeline was 30 days, not the usual 90+.
Worked backward from the outcomes the CRO wanted, then aggressively cut non-essential sessions to leave room for the 2–3 things that had to land. Built the program around a simple structure: morning content, afternoon practice, evening unstructured time for the team to actually meet each other.
Build a “minimum viable SKO” template before the next emergency rather than re-deriving it under pressure.
Delivered the event on schedule and on budget. Survey scores were high enough that the format became the template for subsequent SKOs.
