ENABLEMENT
A multi-week curriculum that takes sellers from "I don't know what a PaaS is" to "I can credibly run a discovery call with a senior platform engineer."
New sellers were being asked to talk credibly with infrastructure-savvy buyers about a category (PaaS / managed application platforms) most of them had never encountered. The fluency gap was the largest single drag on time-to-quota.
Built a structured curriculum spanning the actual technical landscape sellers need to navigate — runtimes, build pipelines, observability, the major cloud providers, the competitive landscape — and tied each module to a specific discovery question or objection a seller would face.
More content than you’d think — the full curriculum has more run time than the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings combined. But it’s modular and self-paced, so sellers consume it on their own ramp curve.
